Visas

CFO2GO offers the following visa services:

  • Visa application, travel (1-30 days duration)
  • Visa application, short-term (1-90 days duration)
  • Visa application, long-term (9 months duration)
  • Visa extension, long-term (2 years duration)
  • Visa application, permanent residence (10 years duration; requires 5 years long-termresidence, 2 years if EU family member)

Applicants may apply for visas under either rules pertaining to EU family unification or

business purposes. Most applicants are expected to apply under the rules for business

purposes as the director of a wholly-owned limited liability company, “s.r.o.”, and bring familymembers

to the Czech Republic under it. It is also possible for spouses to become directors

of the s.r.o. CFO2GO might provide any of the following services to clients in

connection or independent of visa services:

  • Formation of limited liability company (s.r.o.)
  • Company legal address, one yearElectronic government “Databox”, one year
  • Accounting services including corporate tax return, basic, one year
  • Consulting and accounting services, hourly
  • Contracts, negotiation, agency, administrative services, hourly

Finally, CFO2GO is positioned to connect clients to providers of other services in the

Czech Republic, primarily Prague, upon request. These services are not billed, unless the

introductions are performed in person by CFO2GO staff, and then only by prior agreement.

  • Introductions to international schools, banks and other professional service providers
